Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project or implementation experience.
• Experience in an MSP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead or support engineer on client projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and build trusted client relationships.
• Travel regionally to customer sites (all expenses paid).
