CoreResponsibilities

• InfrastructureOversight: Directingthehealthandmaintenanceofservers,hardware,andnetworkconnectivity.
• Cloud&DataAdmin: FulladministrationofMicrosoft365,datastoragesolutions,andrigorousbackup/recoveryprotocols.
• TechnicalSupport: Actingasthesoleexpertforinternalstaff,handlingeverythingfrombasicqueriestocomplexsecond-lineissues.
• Security&Compliance: Enforcingstrictcybersecuritymeasures,includingendpointprotection,patchmanagement,andauditreadinessforregulatedstandards.
• AssetManagement: OverseeingthefulllifecycleofITequipment,frominitialprocurementandonboardingtodocumentationandoffboarding.
