The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of UK Cladding design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, with a portfolio of cladding drawings required. This role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 per annum.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (North Greenwich Office / Remote / Site Visits)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Duties

• Producing cladding construction details, elevations, and fire barrier drawings.
• Conducting site surveys, inspections, and coordinating with commercial/site teams.
• Preparing material take-offs and technical submissions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of specific UK Cladding design experience (Curtain walling‑only experience will not be considered).
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D (3D/Revit/Bluebeam is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of fire barriers, insulation, fixings, and U-values.
• A PDF portfolio of sample cladding drawings is required for consideration.
