• Proven experience managing the financial consolidation process for a multi-entity group.
• Track record of leading planning, execution, and reporting on audits.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading external audits for 23 UK business units.
• Ensuring adherence to statutory requirements for UK subsidiaries and the Holdings Company.
• Managing and conducting internal audit activities within the UK.
