Job Description

The In-house Paralegal will be:

  Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating healthcare procurement contracts for high-value transactions
• 
  
  Coordinating with procurement, operations, and external parties to ensure smooth contract delivery
• 
  
  Supporting contract lifecycle management, including amendments, renewals, and compliance tracking
• 
  
  Helping to develop and refine template contracts and streamline processes where possible
• 
  
  Maintaining accurate contract records, exercising discretion and legal confidentiality in all interactions

The Successful Applicant

The In-house Paralegal should be:
