A technology firm is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant. Responsibilities include managing installations, providing technical support, and working with clients in the healthcare sector. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle technical challenges, demanding work outside regular hours. To work as part of the Health Service Delivery Team, with responsibility for NEC Software Services (NEC SWS’s) Health screening applications. The role is focused on providing delivery of a range of services including software implementation, project management, consultation and training to the screening market, including performing regular operations, providing application support for healthcare services, and inputting into the development of existing products and services.
This role will be working as an Implementation Consultant within the Service Delivery team, where you will:
The role of Implementation Consultant includes the requirement to work outside business hours (evenings and weekends) to deploy new software releases and troubleshoot any urgent Priority 1 issues relating to Health applications.
The role of Implementation Consultant is home-based; however, travel may be required throughout the United Kingdom to liaise with the team or customers as required to suit the needs and demands of the products.
