A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a proactive Senior HR Systems Advisor for a 6-month contract in Milton Keynes. The candidate will support operational HR services focusing on HR systems implementation and data analysis. Required qualifications include CIPD Level 5 or studying towards it, HR generalist experience, and advanced Excel skills. The role is hybrid with 3 days work-from-home.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or studying towards Level 5 in HR.
• Proven experience in HR systems implementation (HRIS or similar).
• Strong UK employment law knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of operational HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach line managers and oversee employee relations cases.
• Produce and interpret HR metrics and insights.
