Job summary

A leading financial services company in Central London is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, especially in banking. The role involves supporting IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and user account management, with a focus on Windows and Office365. This 12-month FTC position offers a salary of around £35K and requires hybrid work, with at least 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience within IT Infrastructure, preferably in banking.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems or financial applications.
  • Experience with laptop imaging (WIM USB, MDT, SCCM, Intune, AutoPilot).

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain the IT infrastructure for the Branch.
  • Provide first/second level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in the response to service outages and other IT-related problems.

Skills

Troubleshooting experience with Windows
Knowledge of Office365
Experience with banking applications
Networking Fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
Understanding of cybersecurity measures
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
