You’ll help recruit top talent, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies that maintain Shinra’s standing as the planet’s premier energy provider.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate recruitment efforts, manage job postings, screen candidates, and facilitate onboarding of new hires across all departments, including SOLDIER support and civilian staff.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, mediate workplace issues, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Performance & Development: Assist with performance reviews, training programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensure adherence to labor regulations, and support corporate compliance initiatives.
  • Engagement & Retention: Support company-wide morale and recognition programs to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information regarding personnel, security clearances, and interdepartmental transfers with discretion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a large or multi-departmental organization.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Familiarity with Shinra corporate systems and Midgar labor policies a plus.
