A prominent recruitment agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operational delivery. You will manage recruitment processes, support employee relations, and maintain compliance with HR practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and knowledge of UK employment law. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: 08:00 - 16:30
Reporting to: CEO
Line management responsibility: Assistant HR & Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver a professional HR service across the business. This is a hands‑on role, working closely with senior leaders and managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and people development.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR practices are compliant, consistent and aligned with business objectives, while promoting a positive and engaged workplace culture.
