About Our Client

Job Description

As the HSE Manager you will be tasked with the following:

  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies across the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and regulations within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness programmes for employees at all levels.
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with department leads to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed HSE reports to senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies and auditors.
The Successful Applicant

A successful HSE Manager should have:

  • A strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Relevant qualifications in HSE or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining HSE systems and policies.
