Responsibilities

Your focus : The well-being of guests and employees. You will support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department. You will also be responsible for :

  • Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department
  • Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff
  • Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
  • Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching cross‑training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping
  • Cross‑departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams
Qualifications

  • Ideally have professional experience in the hotel / catering and / or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
  • Enjoy developing employees management experience is beneficial
  • Have an excellent sense of quality and service as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy
  • Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments we achieve our results together
