As a Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional, you will have a unique opportunity to make a difference each day. Typical responsibilities include:
  1. Working with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to position AdvisaCare to receive referrals for our home health or hospice services.
  2. Meeting with patients and families to discuss services.
  3. Building and maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
  4. Executing strategic business plan action steps and maintaining target lists to achieve your territory goals.
Additional qualities we're seeking:
  • Proven sales success in Home Health (Medicare) and Hospice Sales.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Resilience and persistence.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory; valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
