Home Instead Westminster is an Outstanding rated provider delivering high quality care and support in Central London. We cover North and South Westminster and the City of London and are looking for kind and compassionate home care workers to join our existing team of professional Carers.

At Home Instead, we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. To help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

  • Competitive pay: from £14.00 to £15.00 per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates: from £28 per hour.
  • Minimum 2-hour calls: with client matching for continuity.
  • Flexible scheduling: morning, afternoon, and evening visits available. You will be with the client for a minimum of 3 hours at a time, often longer, sometimes for the whole day. We offer both part-time and full-time hours based on your availability.
  • You receive your schedule a month in advance based on your availability.
  • Training: full induction programme with award-winning training and opportunities to develop your career further.
  • Pension Scheme
