Requirements for the role

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (preferred not required).
• Level 3 or higher in Teaching and Education or Teaching Assisting
• 2-5 years working within education.
• Ability to support with teaching, covering, and 1:1 student support.
• Excellent behavioural management with pupils aged 4-11.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
