Job Title: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) | Location: Leicester | Pay Rate: £105 per day | Working Pattern: Full-time (5 days a week) | Start Date: ASAP

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in Leicester, who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing and inclusive primary school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting teaching and learning across all year groups, including delivering lessons when required
  • Leading small group interventions and providing targeted support
  • Assisting with planning and assessment in collaboration with teaching staff
  • Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment for all pupils
  • Upholding safeguarding procedures and school policies
Requirements
