Overview

ABC Teachers are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a dedicated team in a specialist SEN school in Dudley, West Midlands.

Responsibilities
  • Support the learning and development of pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver planned lessons and learning activities.
  • Lead small group and one-to-one sessions, providing targeted interventions to support academic, social, and emotional progress.
  • Assist with classroom management and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.
  • Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
