You will work closely with the analog team, Analog IP vendors, system team, digital engineers, HW engineers and validation engineers from architecture and feasibility studies, through circuit design and simulation, silicon validation, and production release ensuring the IP meets stringent signal integrity, jitter, and power requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering high-speed SerDes IP (multi-gigabit per second links)
  • Hands-on experience from concept definition through design, simulation, silicon validation, and production release
  • Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuit design techniques for high-speed I/O, including PLLs, CDRs, equalizers, and drivers
  • Proficiency in transistor-level design and simulation using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE)
  • Ability to model and analyze channel loss, jitter, and signal integrity
  • Proven experience in lab validation of high-speed IP, including:
  • High-bandwidth oscilloscopes
  • Bit Error Rate Testers (BERT)
  • Spectrum analyzers
  • Vector network analyzers (VNA)
  • Strong understanding of measurement methodologies for eye diagrams, jitter, BER, and S-parameters
  • Familiarity with advanced CMOS or FinFET process technologies – an advantage
  • Knowledge of protocol standards such as PCIe or JESD204
  • Experience with statistical analysis, yield optimization, and DFM for high-speed analog IP
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
