Healthcare Innovation & Access Manager - Wound Care - North West & North East England

They are now seeking a talented Healthcare Innovation & Access Manager who will be responsible for winning and implementing significant new business across the UK&I to drive growth and revenue. You will focus only on the largest opportunities and be responsible for strategically navigating the health system(s) in your assigned territory.

As such you will build a network of advocacy with senior stakeholders (up to and including C-Suite) across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and/or Health Boards.

You will operate as a key driver of organisational growth, spearheading strategic initiatives to expand their presence within the UK&I wound care sphere. You will identify transformative opportunities, forge high-value partnerships and influence decision-making at the highest levels within the health systems.

Responsibilities
  • Win and implement significant new business across the UK&I to drive growth and revenue, focusing on the largest opportunities.
  • Strategically navigate health systems in the assigned territory and build a network of advocacy with senior stakeholders up to C-Suite across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and/or Health Boards.
  • Act as a driver of organisational growth, spearheading strategic initiatives to expand presence within the UK&I wound care sphere.
  • Identify transformative opportunities, forge high-value partnerships and influence decision-making at the highest levels within health systems.
Qualifications
  • Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in sales and business development with a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets from within a UK MedTech organisation.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and market trends.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
  • Confident and persistent, with a big-picture perspective.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict management and commitment-gaining skills.
  • Ability to leverage an extensive network and relationships at board level to open doors and close deals with key decision makers.
