This is a role for a pastry chef who thrives on refinement.

We’re working with a prestigious 5-star hotel in London, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant alongside an elegant all-day dining and afternoon tea offering. They are now searching for a Head Pastry Chef to take full ownership of pastry across the property.

From intricate plated desserts for the Michelin-starred restaurant to beautifully executed afternoon tea treats and seasonal pâtisserie for the lounge, this is a position that demands creativity, structure, and absolute consistency.
