A prestigious London hotel is seeking a Head Pastry Chef who thrives on refinement and creativity. You will lead a team of 6 to 7 pastry chefs, curating Michelin-standard desserts and maintaining exceptional quality across all pastry operations. Strong fine dining experience and a solid understanding of high-end afternoon tea are essential. This position offers £75,000 per annum with an additional £10,000 service charge, along with various employee benefits and development opportunities.

We’re working with a prestigious 5-star hotel in London, home to a Michelin-starred restaurant alongside an elegant all-day dining and afternoon tea offering. They are now searching for a Head Pastry Chef to take full ownership of pastry across the property.
From intricate plated desserts for the Michelin-starred restaurant to beautifully executed afternoon tea treats and seasonal pâtisserie for the lounge, this is a position that demands creativity, structure, and absolute consistency.
We’re looking for someone with strong fine dining experience and a solid understanding of high-end afternoon tea. You must balance artistic flair with operational discipline and lead your team with confidence.
