A leading charity organization in London is seeking a Head of Strategy and Service Transformation to lead service innovations and financial strategies to empower individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in social care and a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field. Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum
Location: Stanmore, North London (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, 2-year fixed term

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of services at Norwood. As Head of Strategy and Service Transformation, you will lead on the delivery of our four strategic pillars, with a particular focus on Transitions, Adult Services, and working closely with Children & Family Services to strengthen pathways and continuity of support.
We are looking for a leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, someone equally confident setting direction as they are ensuring day-to-day operations meet the highest standards.
You will oversee the redesign and modernisation of services so they are consistently high-quality, person-centred, compliant, financially sustainable, and aligned with Norwood’s vision: empowering every individual to live their best life.
