Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 5:00pm

What we\'re looking for
  • A passionate, resilient and proactive leader who can inspire both staff and pupils.
  • QTS/QTLS (NPQH desirable) with a degree in a relevant subject.
  • Leadership experience (Head of Dept, SLT, or Headteacher), ideally within alternative provision or a small school setting.

The School

You\'ll be leading a small, nurturing school of approx. 35 pupils, supported by a team of teachers and support staff, with regional and national support also in place. The aim? To provide learners with the encouragement, structure and confidence they need to reintegrate into mainstream education or successfully move on to further study, training or employment.
