Head of Sales, EMEA provides strategic leadership, operational execution, and field sales direction across Logile’s sales and business development efforts in the EMEA region. This is a senior executive role responsible for achieving revenue, driving customer acquisition, and leading the expansion of a growing geographic market as part of Logile’s international growth strategy.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with proven success scaling field sales organizations, developing high-performance teams, and building market share in emerging territories. While the role requires strong strategic vision, it also demands hands-on, in-market leadership to accelerate growth, deepen customer relationships, and maximize our competitive advantage.

Given Logile’s GTM strategy and focus on select retail sub-verticals, the primary location for this leader will be UK-based.

Company & Market Context

Logile has an established presence in the UK, with many highly referenceable customers. However, our market share is minimal relative to the overall Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM), which is poised for significant disruption in Labor Planning, Scheduling Optimization, Fresh/Inventory Management, and Production Planning solutions.

Logile is uniquely positioned to lead this disruption — no single competitor can match the breadth, depth, and integration of our solutions, which empower retailers to better manage labor, inventory, and customer experience within a single intuitive platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Sales Officer and senior leadership to define and execute the EMEA revenue strategy.
  • Develop a multi-year growth plan focused on increasing market share, expanding into new geographies, and penetrating target retail sub-verticals.
  • Build and lead a scalable go-to-market model, balancing strategic enterprise selling with hands-on, field-driven execution.
  • Serve as a thought leader and market evangelist for Logile across the EMEA retail ecosystem.

Field Sales Expansion & Market Development (New)

  • Act as a field-first leader, spending significant time on-site with prospects and customers to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Drive geographic market expansion, identifying underserved regions and verticals within EMEA and developing targeted engagement strategies.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships to enhance market penetration and increase competitive differentiation.
  • Personally lead and support complex, high-value enterprise deals, acting as an executive sponsor when needed.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance sales team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and coaching to succeed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within a high-growth environment.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and implement effective measurement frameworks aligned to company goals.
  • Lead by example — be a visible, accessible, and inspiring leader who earns trust and respect across the organization.
  • Build and manage a strong cross-functional operating cadence focused on pipeline health, forecasting, deal reviews, execution, deployment, and revenue realization.
  • Drive predictable, data-driven forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure the adoption of scalable sales processes and best practices, iterating where improvement opportunities are identified.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 5+ years leading field sales teams in high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Deep expertise in retail technology, grocery, big box, or supply chain optimization solutions strongly preferred.
  • Proven success scaling sales organizations in new or underdeveloped markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to win large, complex enterprise deals and navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region to be close to customers and prospects and develop the existing and future team of sellers.
