A leading UK university in Canterbury seeks a Head of Global Recruitment to lead the recruitment of International Students. The role involves shaping and managing recruitment strategies while engaging stakeholders. The Head of Global Recruitment & Assistant Director is a new and exciting role within the Global Engagement Office focussed on leading recruitment of the next generation of International Students to Canterbury Christ Church University.
Play a pivotal role in the development of our Global Recruitment strategy as a senior leader within the Global Engagement Office.
Strategically shape and manage the University's International recruitment ambitions.
This is an active and engaged role, contributing to the University's strategic priorities and the Globalisation of Canterbury Christ Church University.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced student recruitment leader who excels at partnership management and stakeholder engagement. Conveying confidence, empathy and support to a range of stakeholders.
You will be graduate qualified (or equivalent standard) with at least 8 years experience in International Student recruitment you must be able to demonstrate a target driven approach, Excellent communication and data driven are essential requirements.
We are committed to supporting flexible methods of working wherever possible. Campus attendance will vary on a day-to-day basis and across the year but must purposefully align to the needs of our students, staff, and stakeholders. It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus; but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
