A leading healthcare institution in England seeks a responsible and self-motivated Laboratory Manager for the Haemopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Programme. The successful candidate will oversee operations, manage a team of scientists, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Ideal candidates will be HCPC registered scientists with knowledge of haematology and stem cell transplantation, alongside experience in a supervisory role. An opportunity has arisen for a responsible and self‑motivated HCPC registered scientist to join the Haemopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Programme as Laboratory Manager. The team has nine scientists processing, storing and distributing cellular therapy products for transplantation patients. The laboratory operates under a rigorous quality management system, ensuring compliance with national and international legislation. The Laboratory Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, supervise scientific staff and maintain the high standards of this highly regulated service. Operational hours are 08:00–18:00, Monday‑Friday.
• HCPC registered scientist.
• Knowledge of haematology and stem cell transplantation biology, with current working practices in these areas.
• Experience in laboratory leadership or similar supervisory role preferred.
