In addition, we offer the opportunity for our colleagues to engage with professional bodies and work towards Chartership (benefitting from our financial support). We'll also help you hone essential business, commercial, and personal leadership skills, including problem solving and creativity, financial awareness, and effective relationship building.
Investing in your wellbeing is important to us. With this in mind, we’ve introduced a fully flexible working pattern where you can work the hours that suit your lifestyle, Monday to Friday. In addition, we also offer a generous pension scheme, life assurance and private healthcare, plus you can look forward to a healthy work/life balance with 25 days paid annual leave, plus bank holidays and the opportunity to buy or sell up to one weeks’ holiday per year.
So, are you inspired by the thought of impacting society and joining the MTC? If so, we look forward to hearing from you. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 23rd December; however, we will close earlier should we reach our target application numbers sooner.
We are happy to make reasonable adjustments throughout the application process, e.g. additional reading time, access requirements etc. If you’d like to talk about how we can support your personal circumstances ahead of making an application, please reach out to our recruitment team.
We are committed to fostering a diverse and dynamic workforce where all individuals have the opportunity to excel. For transparency, it’s important to note that our company does not provide visa sponsorship for candidates participating in our early careers programmes (including support for graduate route visa holders). Those who possess the legal right to work in the UK are eligible for our roles. We encourage you to review the eligibility requirements specified in each early careers listing. If you meet these criteria and share our enthusiasm for professional growth and innovation, we happily welcome your application.
