Qualifications

• Previous experience in a QS or development role is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior surveyors in cost planning, estimating, and procurement.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration.
• Involvement in valuations, variations, and project cost reporting.
• Attending site visits and client meetings.
• Progressing towards APC and long-term professional development.
