Role Overview

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex engineering and industrial projects for our clients. You will work alongside experienced consultants and project leaders, gaining hands‑on exposure to best‑in‑class project management practices while building a strong foundation for a consulting career.

This role is ideal for graduates with an engineering background who are interested in combining technical understanding with project leadership, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
  • Assist in cost control, risk management, and change management
  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional engineering teams and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or deviations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes
  • Engage with clients on‑site or remotely, depending on project needs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Systems, Aerospace, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Interest in project management, consulting, or PMO environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in structured, fast‑paced project environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
  • Exposure to project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Prince2)
  • Internship or placement experience in engineering or project roles
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
