A design firm in Bath is seeking Graduates and Junior Designers to join their team. This role offers exposure to a variety of interior design activities in commercial projects. Ideal candidates must hold a relevant degree or have industry experience, with skills in software like AutoCAD and SketchUp. The position offers a salary based on experience, fostering creativity and collaboration in an inclusive environment.
On a mission to banish boring offices and with several exciting projects in the mix, we’re always on the hunt for Interior Designers to join our brilliant design team. We create spaces where clients’ visions come to life, focusing on spaces that work as well as they look.
Based in Bath, our creative crew work on a range of commercial design and build projects, from bespoke office fit-outs to multi-million pound building refurbishments.
The application is interview- and project-based. Please submit your portfolio and a cover letter, alongside any relevant workspace (office) specific experience or project work you have completed. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the office to complete a small project, which you will present alongside your portfolio. The environment will be supportive and comfortable during the interview process to showcase your creativity and relaxed self.
Graduate — A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
Junior — At least 2 years in industry, with at least 1 year in workplace-specific design.
Knowledge and experience using various software packages including AutoCAD, Revit, Office 365, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Suite.
Salary — Graduate: £24k - £28k (subject to experience); Junior: £30k - £34k (subject to experience).
