The role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning experiences while overseeing lawyer training compliance. Ideal candidates have over 4 years’ experience in law firm learning and development, strong teamwork and instructional design skills. This position offers a salary up to £90,000 along with market-leading benefits including 33 days annual leave and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a law firm environment.
• Experience coordinating training and development programmes.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles across formats.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategic direction for lawyer professional development.
• Assess development needs and identify skills gaps.
• Deliver and facilitate learning programmes to support growth.
• Oversee tracking of lawyers’ compliance.
• Work with consultants to deliver tailored programmes.
• Design engaging learning solutions and mentor junior members.
• Mentor junior team members.
