Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing analytics or trade management roles is essential.
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills are a baseline.
• SQL and Power BI (or comparable BI tools) are advantageous.
• Ability to interpret data and translate into trading actions.
• Good commercial awareness of fashion retail and online business models.
• European experience, particularly in the German markets, is preferred.
• Fluency in another European language (German preferred) is advantageous.

• Support the Senior Market Manager in delivering trading performance.
• Use analytics on key KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize trading performance.
• Provide sales performance reporting and analytics.
• Lead forecasting for regional sales.
• Analyze under-performing markets and KPIs.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain competitor and market intelligence.
