A leading automotive group in Braintree is seeking an innovative General Manager to lead their dealership. The role involves managing the dealership performance, driving both sales and aftersales, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in motor trade management and a strong sales management background. We are looking for someone innovative and motivated to lead our Quest Suzuki site as a General Manager. The role involves managing the dealership performance and teams, with the support of the Sales, Service and Parts Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for both sales and aftersales, comprising of new and used car sales opportunities, our busy multi-franchise d Bosch Service Centre workshop, and our parts department. You will be focussed on ensuring our teams remain fully engaged and supported, and that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Previous experience in an automotive General Manager role is preferred, and sales management experience is required. If you have previous experience as a Sales Manager and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you! Candidates must have a result driven focus whilst having a professional, friendly and customer centric approach and must be able to instil this within their team.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm with an hour unpaid lunch break.
