Overview

As a General Attendant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert who keeps our hotel running smoothly. From refreshing public spaces to assisting with deliveries and guest requests, you'll be a vital part of the rhythm that makes our hotel exceptional.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation in public areas, back-of-house spaces, and service corridors.
  • Assist with linen distribution, stock replenishment, and supply deliveries.
  • Support room attendants with tasks such as waste removal and equipment setup.
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
  • Ensure all areas meet brand standards for safety, hygiene, and appearance.

A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset. Physical stamina and a hands-on approach. Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping (preferred but not essential). Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
