Overview

Gas Engineer required for domestic service and breakdown work in the North Cotswolds. Current labour averaging 42k. Benefits include a New van, uniform, holiday pay, pension and more. Interview and start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Domestic Gas Engineers are required for servicing and breakdown work on domestic properties. The role is with a large organisation and involves committing to a full working week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) as a PAYE employee. There are opportunities to earn extra through overtime and call-out, if requested, with average earnings around 42-45k on a normal 8-hour day. A successful gas engineer will be reliable, hardworking and driven to deliver excellent service to clients and residents. You will maintain an excellent attitude, look to learn and develop, and communicate effectively to contribute to and strengthen the team while also solving issues on your own initiative. You will have relevant and recent experience servicing various gas appliances and be well versed in completing landlords gas safety records. A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required, with a full UK driving licence and no more than 6 points. You must be able to pass a basic national security check carried out at the job offer stage.
