The team advises on the full lifecycle of investment funds, from structuring and formation through to regulatory compliance, launch, and secondary transactions. Their clients include institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions and asset managers.

Experience required

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales; between NQ–2 years PQE.
• Experience advising on UK financial regulation as it relates to investment funds, specifically with familiarity in AIFMD and the UK’s financial promotion regime.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
