Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Description

Hybrid, 3 days a week in our Manchester office.

We are currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to take responsibility for building, enhancing, and maintaining products or systems that support Sage's business plans and long-term objectives, using the identified architecture.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at Sage, you will develop React micro frontends in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with Sage teams to build flexible, extensible, and robust products while staying up to date with technology trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the architecture and development of new features and products.
  • Deliver high-quality software, including design, code, and documentation.
  • Write code, conduct reviews, and ensure robust unit testing.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define flexible, extensible products.
  • Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripts.
Requirements
  • Strong background in React and TypeScript, with basic skills in C# .NET development.
  • Familiarity with micro frontend architecture (desirable).
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Experience working with a cloud vendor, preferably AWS.
