The Front of House Team for Orleans House Gallery and Richmond Arts Service provide a crucial role in ensuring visitors have an enjoyable and safe visit to a beautiful cultural space situated just off the banks of the Thames in Twickenham.
This is a full-time position (36 hours per week). This position would be on a 4-week rotation, and it requires working 3 weekends out of 4.
The Front of House Officers for Arts and Orleans House Gallery (OHG) are responsible for day-to-day operations for the Arts Service, including Orleans House Gallery (Grade 1); for maintaining public access to the site; the day to day operations and associated systems and processes.
You will work closely with staff from across the council, within the arts service, partners, volunteers, members of the public and members of outside organisations.
