Our client—a leading global provider of trusted business intelligence for professionals across law, tax, accounting, compliance, government, and media—is seeking a talented Weekend Podcast Producerto join their award-winning editorial team.

About the Role:

As Podcast Producer, you’ll take the lead in planning, producing, and publishing high-quality podcast episodes that meet the highest editorial standards. This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone with a background in media, journalism, or audio content, who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & Coordinatepodcast episodes: schedule guests, research topics, and maintain the content calendar
  • Record & Editinterviews and narration usingAdobe Audition(must be proficient)
  • Write & Refineshow introductions, segues, and episode notes
  • Maintain Journalistic Standards: Ensure accuracy, balance, and proper sourcing
  • Manage Guests: Handle scheduling, prep, and communication
  • Publish & Distributeepisodes to platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts
  • Conduct Quality Controlto ensure all audio and content meet editorial and technical standards
  • Support Field Dispatches: Assist in editing on-the-ground reports (full training provided)
