Are you interested in working as a band 5 Fracture Liaison Nurse in a friendly, dynamic, and innovative organisation in the City of Hull and East Riding?

A unique opportunity has arisen for a nursing role within this falls and fracture liaison service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic band 5 nurse to join a well-established fracture liaison service.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients for osteoporosis risk who have acquired a fragility fracture.
  • Deliver fracture liaison services to the local population of Hull and East Riding in collaboration with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
  • Work within a 7-day working pattern with contribution toward weekends and some public holidays.
  • Receive regular support and supervision and access a range of learning and training opportunities to support professional development.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Direct fracture liaison experience may not be necessary as full training will be given.
  • Band 5 nurse with a commitment to developing the falls and fracture liaison service.
