Team & Responsibilities

You'll join a close-knit team of 10 in a hands-on role involving forklift operation, machinery monitoring, and material handling. This is a physically active position suited to someone comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Shift Pattern

Hours: 6 am-4 pm (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri), with one shorter day (6 am-3 pm)

Structure: 4-day working week, alternating long weekends (Fri-Mon off every other week)

Responsibilities
  • Operate counterbalance forklifts (RTITB preferred, in-house licenses considered)
  • Move steel powder and bulk bags using mechanical lifters and hoppers
  • Pack materials into bulk bags and manage pallet movements
  • Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain process parameters
  • Clean and prepare metal trays with release agents
  • Perform manual tasks, including hammering and equipment cleaning
  • Rotate across tasks for variety and operational coverage
