Job Title: Food Production Operator
Location: Caerphilly
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour - £15.26
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Shifts:

Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm

Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm

7 days across 2 weeks including every other weekend 12hrs 6am - 6pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area. This is a hands‑on role working as part of a fast‑paced production team, ensuring products are prepared, packed, and processed to high quality and hygiene standards.

This position offers long‑term opportunities and can lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on a production line handling food products
  • Packing, labelling, and inspecting products
  • Ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
  • Following all health & safety procedures
  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Cleaning down equipment and work areas as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced production line
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights
