This is a unique opportunity for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations, moving away from rigid corporate structures to a role where your expertise directly influences the company s trajectory.

  • As the Finance Manager, you will act as the heartbeat of our transactional finance, ensuring robust controls while leading and developing a talented internal team.
  • You will be as comfortable with hands‑on bookkeeping as they are with high‑level financial reporting and process improvement.
  • Overseeing all day‑to‑day finance operations and ensure total compliance.
  • Acting as the in‑house expert for bookkeeping and transactional finance, maintaining absolute accuracy.
  • Providing meaningful reports and updates to support business decision‑making.
  • Identifying and driving continuous improvements to existing financial systems and workflows.
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a small, dedicated internal finance team.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for external advisors and stakeholders.
What we would like you to have as the Finance Manager:
  • Professional Standing: You are a Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Leadership Track Record: Proven experience in a hands‑on Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
