Temporary Accounts Assistant (QuickBooks)
Location: Malvern
Pay: £16.60-£18 per hour
Hours: 20-25 per week
Contract: Temporary, ongoing - long-term sickness cover

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Accounts Assistant to provide cover during a period of long-term sickness. This is a flexible, temporary role with the potential to run on an ongoing basis. Experience with QuickBooks is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing purchase invoices through a paperless system
  • Credit control, including chasing overdue payments
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Sending customer statements
  • Allocating bank payments
