Overview

As a Finance Analyst Graduate, you'll become a valued member of our Finance team, where you'll immerse yourself in our financial processes, tools, and brand. This rotational role spans over two years and allows you to gain hands-on experience across various areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and more. Working alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll help develop and support our financial strategies for everything from hypercars to SUVs. This is more than just a job; it's a unique opportunity to grow your career at a fast pace. You'll gain hands-on experience, work on innovative projects, and build connections within the business. You'll be based at our Gaydon headquarters, with sporadic travel to other AML sites as required, plus you'll gain a Finance qualification along the way.
