Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Location: Stratford Upon Avon

Contract: 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract – Permanent

Salary: £29,033 per year, with a bonus of up to £8,000 (OTE).

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. You will interact with a diverse mix of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés, promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence within a 60‑minute commute from Stratford upon Avon.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with experience driving positive outcomes and securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
  • Experience in manual handling of products, point‑of‑sale equipment, or similar fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies (iPhone, iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fluency in Hindi is desirable but not essential.
