We aim to have an extraordinary impact on animal lives, supporting in the region of 25,000 animals every day across our international network. For clinics with 10 assets and below, a desktop team will manage the tagging process with support from the clinics. This role is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract until June 2026.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
  • Sending the cleansed Fixed Asset Register, detailing the individual moveable assets of GBV £10k or over to clinic SPOC's.
  • Physically visit each clinic to verify, tag and photograph the individual moveable assets £10k or over, using Asset Infinity software.
  • Support and manage the relationship with Ops/clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic visits, and reporting from the visits.
  • Prepare and gain sign-off for the final clinic verified assets by the relevant Clinical Director.
  • Support the FaST FAR Transformation Delivery Lead and Accounting Adjustment SME, as required.
  • Travel is required for this role.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Strong academically — educated to degree level or studying towards a chartered professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or similar).
  • Experience of fixed asset audit would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Data-driven, with a keen eye for detail — comfortable working with large data sets and manipulating large files.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment — flexibility is key.
  • Able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver who is calm and confident under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well within the team, and communicate effectively but sympathetically with the clinics.
