Job description

Overview

Role Title - Festive Retail Associate - Telford - 9 hours per week. This is a temporary role until 27/12/2025. Shifts: 3 Mondays, 3 Wednesdays, and 3 Thursdays. You will need to complete your full shift between 9am and 5pm. This role includes up to 20 minutes of travel within the zone. Please note that during the Christmas period there is no paid leave available.

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Company: DCK is a fashion jewellery company working with well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Hosts include River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco and more.

You will be based in Telford but will be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start by mid November latest.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores
• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Receive and display deliveries of new stock
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Set up promotional activities
• Collaborate with host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

• Assisting with stock deliveries and stock availability

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required; fashion brand experience is a plus
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with OS Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later
