Female Support Worker | Clitheroe & Surrounding Areas. Lancashire

Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire (Easily commutable from Accrington)

Salary: £12.60 per hour + £50 per night sleep‑in

Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time - 39 hours a week (2 Vacancies Available) Shift Pattern: Flexible across long shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.

The Role

  • Driving mobility vehicles to ensure individuals stay connected to their community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities or in a similar care setting is essential.
  • Driving Licence: A valid Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required (you will be driving mobility vehicles).
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible rota including long shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleep‑ins.
  • Right to Work: We are seeking candidates without visa restrictions for these full‑time positions.
  • Personal Traits: You are compassionate, confident, and a "self‑starter" who excels at creative problem‑solving.
