About the firm:
The firm is seeking a committed and passionate Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its recognised team, specialising in privately paying and legally aided family cases, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and cases involving unmarried couple.

What we are looking for:

  • Family Solicitor to carry out casework including divorce, finance matters, high net worth cases, prenuptial agreements and unmarried couple cases
  • Family Solicitor to supervise other team members
  • Take responsibility for business development and marketing
  • Family Solicitor to report to the Head of the Family Department
  • Keep up to date with legislation and assist with developing precedents and standard letters in relation to divorce and family finance matters
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to inspire and support others
