Qualifications

• Experience within motorsport, F1 supply chain, aerospace, or other high-performance engineering sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to define and improve manufacturing routes, work instructions, tooling, and process controls.
• Experience with process capability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support NPI and prototype-to-production transitions.
• Conduct process capability and root cause analysis.
• Implement lean manufacturing and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Support quality investigations where required.
• Engage regularly with shop-floor teams, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
